If your Barcalounger was manufactured PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2011:
- The product you own was made by the original BarcaLounger Corp. of Rocky Mount, N.C., which went out of business. The company brand name was purchased by Barcalounger Inc., currently based in Morristown, Tennessee.
- As a result, all warranties placed on products manufactured prior to January 1, 2011 were declared null and void, and the current Barcalounger Inc. is not responsible for any of the original Barcalounger Corp. warranties. Our company purchased the name, but not the business, in late 2010. We do not possess any of the original Barcalounger Corp. product specifications or materials, and cannot assist you in obtaining repair parts for your original Barcalounger Corp. products.
